About The Position

Pandora is looking for a Part-Time Sales Lead to join their team at The Shops at River Crossing. As a Sales Lead, you will be a passionate advocate for the Pandora brand, culture, and products, dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. This role involves supporting store managers and sales associates, which is crucial for the store's success. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented individual with a strong sales background and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
  • Developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in time management, prioritization, and delegation.
  • Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
