About The Position

Pandora @ The Mall in Columbia is seeking a Full Time Sales Lead. As a Sales Lead, you will be an absolute fan of Pandora, immersing yourself in the brand, culture, and product to provide exceptional customer experiences. This role supports store managers and sales associates, contributing to the store's success. A required assessment will be sent via email upon application submission.

Requirements

  • Proven results-oriented sales performer with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
  • Developed a sense of care in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the capacity to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to show and deliver positive results.
  • Proficient in time management, effortlessly setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks professionally.
  • Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
  • At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
