About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Lead provides timely, optimal guest service and assists the Store Director and Assistant Store Director in leading team members. This entry-level supervisor role supports store operations and business results, leads the sales team, and handles higher-level transactions, including cash and safe balancing. The Sales Lead also supports staff development, sales goals, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and the maintenance of a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to frequently stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
• Must be able to occasionally reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Team in providing optimal guest service and resolve guest service issues in partnership with the Store Director.
• Perform opening and closing operations and work the assigned schedule.
• Build relationships with team members, support business results, model company values, and pursue self-development opportunities.
• Help the team achieve store sales, per-capita, and purchase-with-purchase goals; meet personal sales goals and support coaching toward sales expectations.
• Look for ways to maximize store sales.
• Handle cash accurately and ensure register transactions are completed accurately.
• Complete product, operations, and merchandise presentation training.
• Execute and maintain visual presentation directives and company initiatives.
• Respond to communications in a timely manner and perform daily tasks such as cleaning, store recovery, and merchandise placement.
• Follow loss prevention procedures and requirements.
• Demonstrate e|n Cares and support optimal guest service by all team members.
• Maintain full knowledge of the venue's building and programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe guest shopping environment and follow dress code guidelines.
• Participate in regional philanthropic activities.
