About The Position

Pandora is seeking a Part Time Sales Lead for their Wolfchase Galleria location. As the largest jewelry brand in the world, Pandora empowers individuals to express themselves through their beautiful products. The Sales Lead will be a dedicated Pandora enthusiast, fully immersed in the brand, culture, and product, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role provides crucial support to both Managers and Sales Associates, contributing significantly to the store's success. The position requires completion of an assessment upon application submission.

Requirements

Results-oriented seller with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills ('Care' in communication).
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
Strong business acumen and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to set and adjust priorities and delegate tasks.
Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
At least 18 years or older.
Proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
