About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role involves driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist who can motivate a group and create a positive, inclusive, and energetic store environment. Responsibilities include providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining store organization, and meeting personal and team goals.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)

A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!

Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus
