About The Position

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for its LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch location. As the world's largest jewelry brand, Pandora empowers individuals to express themselves through beautiful products. The Sales Lead will be a passionate brand advocate, responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and supporting store managers and sales associates. This role is crucial to the store's success. Applicants will be required to complete an assessment upon application.

Requirements

Results-oriented sales professional with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
Developed caring communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking skills to show and deliver positive results.
Proficient in time management, prioritizing, and delegating tasks.
Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
