About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist who can motivate a group and create a positive, inclusive work environment. Daily tasks include providing sales staff with feedback, solving customer problems, building customer relations, maintaining store organization, meeting personal and productivity goals, and motivating sales staff. The role involves selling shoes, climbing ladders, and having fun in an exciting work environment.

Requirements

  • 18+ years old
  • Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
  • Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
  • Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
  • Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
  • A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
  • Talking to everyone just comes naturally

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
