About The Position
Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, energetic, and enjoys motivating others. The position involves creating positive customer relations, maintaining store organization, meeting personal and productivity goals, and fostering an inclusive work environment with healthy competition among the sales staff. The role requires running, climbing ladders, selling shoes, and having fun in an exciting retail environment.
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
- Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
- Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
- Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
- A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
- Does talking to everyone just come naturally?
Nice To Haves
- Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
