About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, energetic, and enjoys motivating others. A typical day involves sales, motivating staff, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining store appearance, meeting personal and productivity goals, and fostering an inclusive work environment. The role also involves running, climbing ladders, selling shoes, and having fun.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
