About The Position

Fabletics is looking for a Full-Time Sales Lead for their retail store at Int'l Marketplace in Honolulu, HI. The Sales Lead will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, supporting sales and operations, and leveraging technology to create a seamless shopping journey. This role involves collaborating with the Store Manager, supervisors, and associates to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with high energy who enjoys engaging with people and is looking to lead and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

Minimum of 1-year work experience in a retail environment.
Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
Ability to work with large teams.
Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative.
Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
Self-motivated, a good communicator with an innate ability to bring the best out in others.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Willing to work onsite and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Prior retail management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Engage customers by providing knowledge on product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
Provide training and feedback on customer experience, including areas like Customer Engagement, Omnicart, and Member Chat.
Inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals in coordination with the Store Manager.
Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure the store is easy to shop and adds value to the customer's purchase.
Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
Serve as a product knowledge resource for customers and team members.
Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
Maintain safety and security standards and identify/communicate potential issues.
Unpack inventory boxes, which can weigh 10-30 lbs.
