About The Position

At Shoe Palace, we are looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help us provide the best possible experience for our customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading our teams. The ideal candidate is a natural at starting conversations, motivating groups, and creating a positive and inclusive work environment. A typical day involves sales, motivating staff, solving customer problems, building customer relations, maintaining store appearance, meeting personal and productivity goals, and fostering a fun and competitive atmosphere.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
Does talking to everyone just come naturally?

Nice To Haves

Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
