About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role involves driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist who can energize a group and set a positive example for customer relations and store atmosphere. Responsibilities include providing feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, maintaining a clean and organized store, meeting personal and productivity goals, and fostering an inclusive work environment. Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
Talking to everyone just comes naturally
2 years experience as a Cashier
3 years experience in Customer Service
2 years experience in Leadership

Nice To Haves

Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
