About The Position

The Part Time Sales Lead at Pandora’s Hillside Village store supports Managers and Sales Associates and helps deliver in-store success. The role calls for an enthusiastic representative of Pandora’s brand, culture, and products who provides exceptional customer experiences, builds lasting customer connections, and contributes to individual and store performance. The Sales Lead also coaches and inspires the sales team, providing real-time feedback and guidance to help team members achieve their key performance indicator goals. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a results-oriented seller in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
Business acumen and analytical thinking that support positive results.
Strong time-management skills, including setting and adjusting priorities and delegating tasks.
Knowledge of general computer software, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and retail point-of-sale systems.
At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
