About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role involves driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, energetic, and enjoys motivating others. A typical day includes providing sales staff with feedback, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining store organization and appearance, meeting personal and productivity goals, fostering an inclusive work environment, motivating sales staff, and creating healthy competition. The role also involves active selling, including running, climbing ladders, and selling shoes.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
It would be great but not completely necessary to have Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
