About The Position
Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role involves driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist who can motivate a group and create a positive, inclusive work environment. Responsibilities include providing feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, maintaining store appearance, meeting personal and productivity goals, and fostering healthy competition among the team. The role also involves actively selling shoes and having fun in an exciting retail environment.
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
- Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
- Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
- Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
- A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
- Talking to everyone just comes naturally
Nice To Haves
- Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
