About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, energetic, and enjoys motivating others. The role involves providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining a clean and organized store, meeting personal and productivity goals, and creating an inclusive and fun work environment. Responsibilities include running, climbing ladders, selling shoes, and having fun.

Requirements

  • 18+ years old
  • Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
  • Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
  • Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
