About The Position

The Part Time Sales Lead at Pandora’s Tanger Outlets Mebane store supports Managers and Sales Associates in delivering in-store success. The role requires immersing yourself in Pandora’s brand, culture, and products and taking pride in providing exceptional customer experiences. Sales Leads help achieve individual and store sales goals, build customer connections and brand loyalty, and coach and inspire the sales team to meet performance expectations. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a results-oriented seller in a high-performance selling environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
Business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
Strong time-management skills, including setting and adjusting priorities and delegating tasks.
Knowledge of general computer software, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and retail point-of-sale systems.
At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
