About The Position

At Shoe Palace, we are looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help us provide the best possible experience for our customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading our teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, energetic, and motivated to create a positive and inclusive store environment. Responsibilities include providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining store organization, meeting personal and productivity goals, and fostering a fun and engaging atmosphere.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
