About The Position

Pandora is looking for a Part-Time Sales Lead for their location at The Shops at Midtown Miami. As a Sales Lead, you will be a passionate advocate for the Pandora brand, immersing yourself in its culture and products. This role is crucial for the store's success, providing support to both managers and sales associates while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The position requires completing an assessment after submitting an application.

Requirements

Demonstrated results-oriented sales ability with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
Developed caring communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the capacity to connect with people at all levels.
Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to show and deliver positive results.
Proficiency in time management, effortlessly setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks.
Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
