About The Position

This is a part-time, seasonal Sales Lead role at the Sophia M. Sachs Butterfly House Gift Shop, located in Faust Park, Chesterfield. The role involves providing exceptional guest service, supporting store management in daily operations, and ensuring guests have a memorable shopping experience. The team aims to create a fun and engaging atmosphere for visitors.

Requirements

• Prior retail keyholder, retail supervisory, cash-handling, and customer service experience
• Strong merchandising skills
• Must be able to work irregular schedules on weekdays, weekends, early evenings and holidays to support the needs of the business
• Naturally enjoy interacting with people of all ages
• Able to proactively intercept, engage, and demonstrate product to customers in a positive, welcoming and outgoing manner, and able to effectively communicate product features
• Welcoming, positive, engaging and friendly towards our guests, team members, and venue staff
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
