About The Position
Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist, enjoys motivating people, and can set a positive example for customer relations. Responsibilities include providing constructive feedback to sales staff, solving customer problems, maintaining store appearance, meeting personal and productivity goals, and fostering an inclusive and motivating work environment. The role involves actively selling shoes and having fun in an exciting retail setting.
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
- Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
- Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
- Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes? Perfect!
- A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
- Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome!
Nice To Haves
- Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
