About The Position

At Shoe Palace, we are looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help us provide the best possible experience for our customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading our teams. The ideal candidate is a natural at starting conversations, motivating groups, and creating a positive and inclusive work environment. A typical day involves providing sales staff with constructive feedback, solving customer problems, building positive customer relations, maintaining a clean and organized store, and meeting personal and productivity goals. The role also involves motivating sales staff, creating healthy competition, and ensuring a fun and engaging atmosphere.

Requirements

  • 18+ years old
  • Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
  • Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
  • Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
  • Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
  • A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
  • Ability to talk to everyone naturally
  • 2 years experience as a Cashier
  • 3 years experience in Customer Service
  • 2 years experience in Leadership

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus
