About The Position

Pandora is looking for a Part-Time Sales Lead to join their team at The Summit Birmingham. As a Sales Lead, you will be a passionate advocate for the Pandora brand, immersing yourself in its culture and products to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is crucial in supporting store managers and sales associates to achieve store success. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have a keen business sense. This position requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may involve standing for extended periods and lifting over 50 pounds.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and delegation skills.
  • Proficiency in general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Proof of identity and eligibility to work.
