About The Position

The Sales Lead is a part-time role that serves as a role model and Bear Builder, with additional responsibilities as a Floor Leader on designated shifts. In this capacity, the Sales Lead provides direction to other Bear Builders, models Experience First® behaviors, and focuses on achieving store sales goals. When not acting as the Floor Leader on Duty, the Sales Lead functions as a Bear Builder, focusing on guest engagement and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Availability to work 15-25 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Be a role model to others in providing exceptional Guest service to ensure a memorable experience
  • Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals
  • Model Experience First behaviors
  • Provide feedback to the management team to make them aware of performance and compliance issues
  • Provide exceptional Guest service by Actively engage with Guests, using the Experience First Make Behaviors
  • Create a warm and inclusive atmosphere for Guests, fostering positive interactions, and guaranteeing that each Guest leaves satisfied with their experience
  • Uphold operational excellence by consistently meeting brand standards and guidelines, ensuring a seamless and cohesive experience for all Guests
  • Display strong team commitment, being dependable, engaged, and helpful
