About The Position

Pandora is looking for a Part-Time Sales Lead to join their team at the Shops at Saddle Creek. As a Sales Lead, you will be a passionate advocate for the Pandora brand, immersing yourself in its culture and products to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is crucial for store success, providing support to both managers and sales associates. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have a keen business sense. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may involve standing for extended periods and lifting over 50 pounds.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking skills.
Proficiency in time management, setting priorities, and delegating tasks.
Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
