About The Position

As a Sales Lead, you’ll be an integral part of the store’s day-to-day operations, working alongside the management team to create memorable moments for guests. This role is suited to someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service in a fun, dynamic environment. The Sales Lead leads by example, supports store operations, and helps ensure visitors have an engaging shopping experience. The position is part-time and pays $16.60.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role.
• Merchandising skills, including organizing and presenting products.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Comfort interacting with guests of all ages.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to stand and walk frequently; occasionally reach, climb, kneel, or crouch; and regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.
