About The Position

At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well”. We are seeking a Part Time Sales Lead, who has previous retail management experience and be available to work nights & weekends, to join our Garden State Plaza store location. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and being the primary point of contact for customers. As a Sales Lead, you will focus on increasing sales by maximizing every customer opportunity and engaging every customer with warmth and sincerity.

Requirements

• Previous retail management experience
• Must be available to work nights & weekends
• Confident demeanor
• Ability to connect with customers
• Ability to deliver excellence in customer experience
• Work authorization to work in person within the United States

Nice To Haves

• Retail management or supervisor experience in a similar position is a huge advantage
• Open availability is preferred
