About The Position

Red Cap Plumbing, Air & Electric is seeking an enthusiastic Face-to-Face Lead Generator to represent their brand at Home Depot locations. This role is integral to driving interest in their air conditioning products and services. Requirements

  • Proven ability to engage with customers in a face-to-face sales environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for every customer.
  • Ability to work weekends (Wednesday through Sunday) as required.
  • Capability to stand, walk, and actively engage for extended periods (4-8 hours per shift).
  • Must have access to a smartphone for daily tasks and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with Home Depot customers in person to introduce and promote Red Cap’s air conditioning products.
  • Create and nurture leads by scheduling appointments and providing information about our services.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with Home Depot staff and customers, enhancing brand presence and customer interest.
  • Effectively communicate product benefits and services to potential customers, ensuring clear and compelling presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and lead generation activities.
