About The Position

This role is bonus eligible The Sales Lead Generation Associate is responsible for driving top-of-funnel activity through targeted outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and qualification of inbound prospects. This role focuses on identifying potential customers, nurturing early-stage interest, securing introductory meetings, and contributing high-quality opportunities into the sales pipeline. Requirements

  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Goal‑oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed activity and conversion metrics.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and CRM hygiene.
  • Ability to craft personalized messaging and adjust approach based on prospect needs.
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and rejection resilience.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.) preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field required.
  • Previous experience in lead generation, sales development, business development, or similar roles ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts proactive outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify prospects.
  • Develops a strong understanding of target industries, buyer personas, and value propositions to effectively communicate with leads.
  • Maintains consistent outreach activity aligned with performance KPIs; weekly targets are: 200 outbound calls, 75 outbound emails, and 50 LinkedIn touches (connection requests, follow-ups, messages, comments, or interactions); and monthly targets are: 10 meetings accepted and 4 qualified opportunities added to the sales pipeline.
  • Qualifies leads through discovery questions and determines next steps in the sales process.
  • Schedules introductory or discovery meetings between prospects and the Sales team.
  • Logs all activities accurately within the CRM and maintain clean, organized prospect data.
  • Collaborates with marketing and sales leadership to optimize messaging, targeting, and conversion rates.
  • Tracks daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance metrics.
  • Continuously improves lead quality and outreach effectiveness through experimentation and feedback.
