About The Position

Software Finder is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to execute cold B2B SaaS email campaigns focused on generating Marketing Qualified Leads. This role centers on campaign execution, deliverability management, performance optimization, and personalized outreach to drive consistent pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B email marketing, demand generation, or outbound campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain management, and inbox placement best practices.
  • Experience handling large datasets with accurate segmentation and audience targeting.
  • Ability to write clear, persuasive, and personalized email copy.
  • Comfortable working with email automation tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms.
  • Data driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execute cold B2B SaaS email campaigns to generate Marketing Qualified Leads.
  • Manage multi step email sequences and follow ups to maximize engagement and response rates.
  • Work with large prospect datasets to ensure accurate segmentation and Ideal Customer Profile alignment.
  • Monitor domain health, inbox placement, and overall deliverability to maintain strong sender reputation.
  • Write concise, high response, personalized email copy tailored to target audiences.
  • Track campaign performance metrics including open rates, response rates, and conversion rates.
  • Run A B tests on subject lines, messaging, and targeting variables to improve performance.
  • Maintain proper documentation of campaigns, targeting logic, and performance outcomes.
