About The Position
Join YES!/ARS, the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with 7,000+ team members and over 45 years of experience. This is a part-time role with a schedule of Saturday and Sunday, offering full-time, year-round work. The position is based in Provo, Utah.
Requirements
- 4 years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound)
- Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency
- Ability to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role)
- Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads to help fill the board for our in-home sales team.
- Schedule appointments.
- Coordinate with field sales reps.
- Follow up on quotes.
- Help drive revenue through effective outbound communication.
- This role is fast-paced, phone-heavy, and essential to team success.
