About The Position

The Jackson® Internship Program is practical work experience that enhances a student's academic, career, and personal development while helping Jackson identify well-trained and talented individuals. Jackson believes its internship program is an investment in the future. The program's intent is to provide students with an opportunity to use their skills, aid in their personal development, and have enjoyable and meaningful work assignments. Jackson’s Summer 2027 corporate internship program will be an eight-week in-person program starting June 7 and concluding July 30. Commitment to this specified time frame will be critical for consideration. Interns are expected to work 40 hours a week Monday through Friday during business operating hours. Interns within the Sales Department will participate in skill development opportunities such as Jackon’s Sales Academy, sharpen public speaking skills, job shadow, and work on valuable projects to enable sales across the organization. The internship program provides both formal and informal activities to enhance professional development, including forums with Jackson leaders, volunteer/community activities, and team-building/social events.

Requirements

  • Must be a rising senior at time of internship.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Customer focus.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong initiative.
