About The Position

The Corporate Sales & Hospitality Intern will support corporate partnerships, hospitality operations, and premium guest experiences before, during, and after race and track rental events. This role focuses on executing hospitality logistics, supporting corporate sales initiatives, and ensuring seamless experience for partners, clients, and guests. The ideal candidate will also be a productive and proactive self-starter who is passionate about his/her duties and willing to put forth the extra effort in pursuit of achieving excellence. A commitment of approximately 20 hours per week for a minimum of seven weeks is preferred, with some availability on Saturdays and Sundays. Participation during NASCAR race week and weekend (May 29–31, 2026), including a commitment of 20+ hours, is a required component of this internship program. Additionally, there may be an opportunity to extend the internship to support the NTT INDYCAR SERIES race week and weekend (July 18–19, 2026), contingent upon staffing needs and workload demands.
