The Sales Intern is responsible for supporting the sales organization while learning about the functionality of sales. As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our sales team to assist in lead generation, client outreach, sales analysis, and support various sales operations. By shadowing experienced sales associates, you will learn best practices and develop expertise across all stages of the sales process. Rotate through the branch and warehouse operations learning functionality of various groups and how they work together to achieve and complete the sales cycle. Follows an outlined schedule for training that includes introductions to various departments, experts in the industry, and overviews of TTI procedures. Retains knowledge and skills trained in the classroom and on the job, in turn giving periodic overviews of the training to a select audience. Overviews may consist of written reports and/or group presentation. Participates in the TTI Total Quality process by following defined policies and procedures to maintain efficient sales cycle, following logical and systematic approaches, while upholding the quality to the highest level. Represent TTI at alumni college campus by attending and supporting recruitment efforts for the Sales and Marketing Training program. Performs other related duties as assigned.
