A Day in the Life of a Quality Intern: We are looking for inquisitive and driven individuals with a passion to innovate. Bring your experience and ideas and help us build a world-class global operations team while keeping safety a top priority for the company. As a Quality Intern at Bell, you can expect to support quality development, process improvement, and manufacturing project management for legacy and new aircraft. In this role, you will analyze processes to determine manufacturing capability, failure modes and corrective action/improvement opportunities. Participate in design requirements analysis to develop new quality control processes (including use of advanced aerospace materials) and validate corrective actions. Coordinate team efforts and measures project performance. Receive assignments and direction from quality engineering management.

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace required.
  • Minimum 60 credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2026) or prior Bell internship experience
  • Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1– August 7, 2026

Nice To Haves

  • 3.0 GPA preferred
  • Preference will be given to candidates that are rising junior classification during the 2026 internship.
  • Exceptional understanding and application of fundamental engineering processes and principals.
  • Strong statistical analysis capability and computer skills, including CAD/CAM and PC Microsoft programs.
  • Must be able to fulfill the full length of the Summer Intern Program
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and organizational skills.
