A Day in the Life of an Industrial Engineering Intern: We are looking for inquisitive and driven individuals with a passion to innovate. Bring your experience and ideas and help us build a world-class global operations team while keeping safety a top priority for the company. As an Industrial Engineer at Bell, you can expect to play a key role in enabling Manufacturing to produce Quality Products, Safely, on time and under budget. This position will ensure that we identify, and implement, the required resources (Man, Machine, Material, Measures) needed to meet these objectives. Working on projects in the following areas- Capacity and 4M Analysis (Man, Machine/Tool, Material, and Measure) Standards, Span, Order Policy, Work Structure, & Routing Maintenance including Time Studies. Workflow Optimization & Cost Out (5S, Lean, Kanban, Spaghetti Diagrams) Facility and Equipment Capital planning and layouts Metric / Performance / Labor Analysis & Data Analytics Visual Factory (Crew Loads / Pacer Charts) Business Case development Project Management Safety / Ergonomics
