Day in the Life of a Facilities Business Intern: We are looking for inquisitive and driven individuals with a passion to innovate. Bring your experience and ideas and help us build a world-class global operations team while keeping safety a top priority for the company. As a Facilities Business Intern at Bell, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting operations and management across all Bell facilities globally. The Facilities Business Intern will contribute to various projects and tasks related to facility management, operations, maintenance, administration, and budget/planning for the department. During your internship, you can expect to gain practical working knowledge of several software applications that are critical to the success our department (Ariba, Ariba SLP, SAP, Hyland, EAM, Monday.com, etc..). You can also expect to collaborate and work cross-functionally with most (if not all) departments across Bell. As a Facilities Business Intern your responsibilities may include strategic planning for sustainment initiatives, capital/overhead spend analysis, cost mitigation analysis, indirect vendor management, purchase order processing, payment processing, and the development and implementation of policy and procedural documents to optimize operational efficiency across the Facilities and Maintenance department.

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Business Administration or related field required
  • Minimum 60 credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2026) or prior Bell internship experience.
  • Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 2 – August 8 2025.
  • 3.0+ GPA preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience and/or working knowledge gained outside of the classroom in a related field or industry
  • Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite applications (including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Visio)
  • Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated success working in a fast paced and deadline oriented environment
  • Ability to work semi-autonomously and deal with ambiguity effectively
