Day in the Life of a Human Resource Intern We are looking for curious, adaptable, and self-driven individuals with a passion to innovate. As a Human Resource Intern at Bell, you can expect to: Administer human resources policies, procedures, and programs Assist management in the decision-making process of different human resources functions: organization, staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee development opportunities, employee orientation and training, etc. Active participation in recruiting and selection processes Assuring compliance with state and federal regulations Assuring an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce
