You’ll shadow sales reps during customer visits, create quotes and proposals, assist with inventory checks, and help maintain CRM records while following up with leads. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Explore dealership operations: Rotate through departments to understand daily workflows and the value of teamwork.
• Build sales skills: Learn relationship development, product knowledge, inventory management, and how to navigate company systems and processes.
• Engage and grow: Participate in customer interactions, team meetings, and company-sponsored training while representing RDO professionally.
• Represent RDO with pride: Maintain a professional image, following safety protocols, and supporting a positive team environment.
• Shadow sales reps during customer visits.
• Create quotes and proposals.
• Assist with inventory checks.
• Help maintain CRM records while following up with leads.
