Requirements

Undergraduate Sophomore or Junior student majoring in Agricultural Business, Agronomy, or a related field.
Previous experience in agriculture, sales, or farming.
Strong work ethic and professionalism.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective presentation skills.
Proficiency in computer technology.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
High standards of customer service; uncompromising integrity and honesty.
Geographical knowledge of the assigned territory.
Willingness to live in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Provide sales support to the region and technical service to customers.
Learn about the Wyffels Seed Lineup and product placement.
Enhance sales techniques and implement effective marketing strategies.
Become a resource for growers and seed representatives by delivering technical expertise.
Gain hands-on experience in account planning, time management, and creative problem-solving.
Help organize and actively participate in sales and marketing events.
Complete an impactful internship project and present findings at the program's conclusion.
