About The Position

Spirit of ‘76, L.L.C. is seeking a motivated, rising student for a hands-on Sales Intern opportunity. This internship is ideal for someone eager to join a team that thrives on proactive thinking, community, and a winning attitude. The Sales Intern will gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, wholesale and retail sales environment, supporting the sales team and engaging with customers.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • macOS experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process, enter, and follow up on sales orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely fulfillment
  • Assist the sales team throughout various stages of the sales process, including order preparation and coordination
  • Utilize Spirit of ‘76 sales tools and processes to support customer retail operations
  • Respond to customer inquiries by providing order status updates, product information, and general sales support
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales systems, databases, and reports as required
  • Contribute to a positive, professional customer experience while learning wholesale and retail sales operations
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Perform general sales-related administrative duties and support special projects as assigned
