PacWest - Sales Internship (Comparion) - Summer 2027
About The Position
Comparion Insurance Agency, a Liberty Mutual company, offers an in-person, 11-week Sales Internship for Summer 2027. Interns work in a fast-paced, supportive environment to develop their selling skills and gain exposure to sales operations. The program includes onboarding with other summer interns, educational and social programs, and opportunities to build professional connections. Interns may have the opportunity to explore a future sales career at Comparion Insurance Agency after the internship. Two internship date options are listed: May 17, 2027–July 30, 2027, or June 1, 2027–August 13, 2027. Limited exceptions may be considered case by case. Interns must be local to the selected office.
Requirements
- Pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree and graduating between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Organized, with time-management skills and the ability to get results.
- Ability to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in a sales or client service environment.
- Permanent work authorization in the United States.
- Must be local to the selected office.
Nice To Haves
- Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related major is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Grow sales through cold calling.
- Observe and assist with sales events.
- Develop sourcing strategies.
- Use CRM tools and systems to support marketing campaigns.
- Potentially implement a social media strategy for sales representatives.
