Requirements

• Enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Business, Sales, Marketing, or related program.
• Interest in construction, real estate, or B2B sales environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to attend local client or site visits.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth for paving and parking lot management services.
• Assist in prospecting and qualifying new leads across commercial and industrial markets.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and bid packages.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitive trends.
• Help coordinate and attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events.
• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client and opportunity data.
• Assist with follow-up communications and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with the estimating and project management teams to ensure seamless handoffs.
