This position supports prospect research and lead generation activities for the worldwide sales team, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, reporting, and insights that inform strategic decision-making. The role assists the Account Development team in lead-generation activities, competitive intelligence, and CRM sales metrics for the worldwide sales team. It also assists with the account sales strategy through extensive research on industries, companies, individuals, and flight department operations, and supports efforts in maintaining account and contact records to ensure data integrity of the enterprise-level, cross-functional, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
