Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound phone calls from potential new clients.

  • Overcome objections and confidently ask for the appointment.
  • Conduct outbound follow‑up calls to increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal team members as needed.
  • Maintain an organized workflow for tracking follow‑ups and pending appointments.
  • Enter client information accurately into the CRM.
  • Guide callers through the intake process and schedule consultations.
