As a Sales Incentive Strategy Manager, you will be part of the Google Cloud Go-to-Market (GTM) team, which defines go-to-market, designs compensation plans and calculates and assigns quota and coverage. You will be part of an unprecedented evolution working together with leadership across all departments to define sales compensation and therefore the direction of our organization at a global scale. You will lead the design and optimization of sales compensation programs that drive top-line growth. You will be responsible for developing compensation plans that align seller behavior with our most critical company objectives, evaluating plan effectiveness through data analytics, and steering cross-functional alignment. You will combine deep business acumen, sharp investigative, courage in high pressure environments, and the grit to navigate ambiguity.
