About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent their HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. This role offers an hourly pay plus uncapped commission, with an average earning potential of $20-$30/hour. The schedule is flexible, requires weekend availability, and typically falls between 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Both part-time and full-time positions are available in Pearland, TX. This is an opportunity to earn more while talking to people, with no door-to-door canvassing or cold calling involved. Requirements

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful.
Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
Ability to stand and walk during shifts
Weekend and some holiday availability
Reliable transportation
Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law

Nice To Haves

Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
