About The Position

Credit Suite is a fast-growing fintech company helping entrepreneurs access business credit and financing to grow their businesses. We are expanding our Affiliate and Strategic Partnerships channel and are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Growth & Partnerships Manager to help scale this revenue stream. This is a high-impact role where you will build and activate partnerships with influencers, lenders, coaches, educators, and high-volume sellers. Your focus will be identifying strong partners, structuring win-win opportunities, and driving consistent, measurable revenue. This is not a “build from zero” role. You will have meaningful support and infrastructure, including: A dedicated assistant who helps schedule and coordinate meetings with potential partners Your dedicated assistant conducts outreach, schedules conversations, and tees up qualified opportunities for you. Access to mastermind groups and strategic networking opportunities Curated prospect lists and outreach support Marketing, IT, and funnel support teams Proven affiliate activation systems Your role is to focus on relationship building, partnership strategy, and closing high-value opportunities. In addition to partnership development, this role may include opportunities to build personal visibility within the entrepreneurial ecosystem, including: Hosting or participating in a company podcast Interviewing entrepreneurs, coaches, and industry leaders Building relationships through thought leadership and content This creates a unique platform to build influence while developing strategic partnerships that drive revenue.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business development experience in affiliate or influencer partnerships (not general sales or account management)
  • An established network in the business credit, fintech, entrepreneurial, or small business creator space preferred
  • Understanding of SaaS, fintech, lending, coaching, or entrepreneurial ecosystems
  • Strategic thinker who understands revenue models and deal structure
  • Confident leading conversations with founders and executive decision-makers
  • Ability to independently manage a pipeline and drive measurable results
  • Strong communication skills across virtual meetings, podcasts, and written outreach
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, performance-driven environment
  • Proficiency with tools such as Go High Level, Slack, Zoom, and social media platforms

  • Experience in fintech, business credit, or funding
  • Experience launching or scaling affiliate programs
  • Podcast hosting or public speaking experience
  • Experience working with SaaS, online services, or digital products for entrepreneurs

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate high-potential affiliate and strategic partners
  • Activate and grow those relationships into consistent, scalable revenue
  • Drive growth through three partnership models: Affiliate Referral Partnerships, Strategic Partner Program, Product “Roll-In” Partnerships (High-Impact Focus)
