Role Overview SuperOrdinary is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Growth & Partnerships Manager to support brands and retailers launching and scaling on TikTok Shop and emerging social commerce marketplaces. This role sits within the Partnerships & Growth org and serves as both a program manager and strategic advisor to enterprise brands, retailers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate combines marketplace expertise, structured program management, and executive-level communication skills to guide partners through successful launches and long-term growth. This individual will act as a trusted consultant — ensuring partners understand what to do, when to do it, and why it matters — while aligning cross-functional teams to drive measurable commercial outcomes.
