About The Position

The Sales Growth Manager will lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives, driving predictable and accelerated revenue growth across hospitality and light industrial client portfolios. This role combines people leadership with commercial strategy, enabling the team to expand existing accounts, influence client adoption, and reinforce executive-level value. You will own team performance across the full post-lead lifecycle, from initial deal close to long-term account growth. Success in this position requires strong coaching skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to navigate complex client and stakeholder environments. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will collaborate closely with internal teams in operations, marketing, and product to optimize sales execution and growth outcomes. This is an opportunity to shape team strategy, scale revenue initiatives, and develop top sales talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or revenue-generating roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing sales or growth teams, with a proven ability to coach and develop high performers
  • Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and data-driven execution
  • Strong understanding of hospitality or light industrial workforce models
  • Ability to navigate senior client and corporate-level conversations with credibility
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or HubSpot
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales and Growth Account Executives to achieve consistent revenue growth
  • Own team performance, pipeline quality, and accurate forecasting across hospitality and light industrial client portfolios
  • Drive expansion, client adoption, and post-lead lifecycle growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives
  • Serve as a senior stakeholder in strategic client meetings, executive business reviews, and corporate-level discussions
  • Enable the team through structured 1:1s, deal inspections, growth planning, and onboarding programs
  • Foster collaboration with internal operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless client experience and adoption
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance within the sales organization
